A Union County native, Erin completed her North Carolina real estate licensure in 2018, and began brokering in early 2019. During her first year of brokerage, she successfully surpassed $3 Million in closed volume. Focusing primarily on residential sales and property management, Erin loves helping others find the perfect place to call “home.”
Will was born and raised in Union County. He attended high school at Union Academy before obtaining his degree from North Carolina State University. Will has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 2019 and focuses on commercial real estate and property management. He is also an active member of the Union County Association of Realtors.
Ann was born and raised in Union County. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Wingate University, and went on to complete two Masters degrees in management and a Doctoral degree in Leadership. Throughout her previous career in education, Ann also pursued her passion for real estate acquisition and management. She looks forward to now focusing on this fervor and building a second career in real estate development and property management with Unity.
